Roles & Responsibilities

• Visit markets daily and drive sales in the assigned territory
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers
• Ensure product availability and proper visibility at retail outlets
• Support in-store promotions, sampling, and branding activities
• Track competitor activity and share market feedback
• Submit daily sales and field activity reports

Who We’re Looking For

• Male candidates only
• 1–3 years of FMCG / beverage field sales experience
• Comfortable with extensive fieldwork
• Target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated
• Good communication and negotiation skills

Salary Structure

• Total CTC: ₹37,000 per month
• Fixed Salary: ₹25,000
• Incentives: Up to ₹12,000 (performance-based)
