Sales Executive

Position: Sales Executive / TelecallerJob SummaryWe are hiring enthusiastic Sales Executives / Telecallers for our Indore branch to handle personal loan leads, explain loan products, and convert customers through outbound calling. The role includes lead calling, customer follow-ups, and digital loan file processing.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers for personal loan requirements.
• Understand customer’s profile and explain suitable loan options.
• Collect KYC documents and punch files digitally.
• Follow up with customers for document completion.
• Coordinate with lender partners (L&T Finance, Poonawalla, Unity Bank, etc.) for approvals.
• Maintain daily MIS and meet monthly sales/disbursement targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships.
• RequirementsGood communication skills (Hindi required, basic English preferred).
• Comfortable with outbound calling and target-based work.
• Basic knowledge of loan products or sales experience (preferred).
• Fresher or experienced — both can apply.
