 What You Will Do: 

• Drive lead-to-customer conversions by actively guiding prospects through the onboarding and KYC completion journey

• Own the end-to-end KYC telesales process, pushing for fast, accurate completion with clear next steps

• Identify customer intent quickly, handle objections, and close KYC drop-offs through confident telephonic follow-ups

• Act as the single point of contact during onboarding, ensuring momentum, clarity, and zero excuses for delay

• Use urgency, value framing, and product clarity to move users from interest to activation

What you should Have: 

• Proven stock broking experience, with hands-on exposure to trading platforms, brokerage plans, and KYC norms

• Strong understanding of demat and trading account onboarding, including KYC, IPV, and compliance requirements

• Ability to explain brokerage structures, margins, MTF, and trading features clearly to customers over calls

• Experience handling active traders and first-time investors, converting inquiries into funded, KYC-completed accounts

• Familiarity with drop-off recovery, follow-ups, and closing pending KYCs in a high-volume telesales setup
