Sales Executive – Insurance

We are a professional Insurance Broking Company(Hamara Bima Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd.) dealing in both General Insurance and Life Insurance products. Our operations include POS (Point of Sales) channels as well as direct corporate sales, providing customized insurance solutions to our clients.

Job PurposeTo generate new business and manage existing clients by selling General and Life Insurance products through POS and corporate channels while achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities· Generate new business for General and Life Insurance products

· Handle and support POS agents and ensure their productivity

· Develop and manage corporate and retail clients

· Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations

· Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs

· Assist clients with policy issuance, renewals, and endorsements

· Coordinate with internal underwriting and servicing teams

· Maintain accurate sales records and MIS reports

· Stay updated with insurance products, regulations, and market trends

Candidate Requirements· Experience: 2 to 3 years in insurance sales (General and/or Life Insurance)

· Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)

· Strong communication and negotiation skills

· Client relationship management abilities

· Willingness to learn new products and processes

· Ready to travel as per business requirements

Compensation & BenefitsSalary will be as per industry standards and commensurate with experience. Performance-based incentives and growth opportunities will be provided.

· Revenue growth and business acquisition
