We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic real estate team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team to achieve sales targets and build strong client relationships in the competitive real estate market.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate sales agents to achieve sales targets and performance goals.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our customer base and ensure strong market presence.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay abreast of market trends.
  • Training and Development: Provide training, guidance, and support to sales agents to enhance their skills and maximize their potential.
  • Performance Management: Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement necessary corrective actions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management, highlighting sales performance, key metrics, and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the real estate industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with a track record of achieving sales targets and motivating teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends, legal regulations, and procedures.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop effective sales plans.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
  • Real Estate license required.
