We are looking for a result-driven Sales Manager to lead sales activities, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth for our real estate projects. Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and drive sales for residential and real estate projects

• Handle walk-in clients and convert inquiries into successful sales

• Lead client meetings, property presentations, and site visits

• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers and channel partners

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company

• Coordinate with pre-sales and marketing teams for lead management

• Maintain proper documentation and update client records in CRM systems

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities

Compensation & Benefits

• CTC: 9 LPA (Fixed / In-hand) – Negotiable based on candidate’s experience and suitability
