Job Title: Sales Manager – Hotel & HospitalityLocation: Delhi & Indore

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month

Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead and expand our hotel’s corporate, leisure, and travel sales portfolio. The ideal candidate should have strong connections in the hospitality industry, a proven sales track record, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
• Identify and build relationships with new corporate, travel, and event clients.
• Manage existing key accounts and ensure repeat business through excellent service.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to execute promotional campaigns.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
• Participate in trade shows, travel fairs, and networking events to promote the property.
• Negotiate contracts, rates, and packages with clients and travel agents.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitors and market trends.
• Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–6 years of proven experience in hotel or hospitality sales.
• Strong local market knowledge (Delhi / Indore).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
