Job Title: Real Estate Sales Manager/ Channel Partner

Location: Indore

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects, and assisting clients in buying and selling real estate properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate leads through various marketing channels (online/offline).

Contact potential clients and present available property options.

Conduct site visits with interested buyers.

Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Negotiate and finalize property deals.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Stay updated with current real estate market trends and competitor activities.

Prepare and maintain daily reports on inquiries, follow-ups, and sales.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline (12 th).

6–15 years of experience in real estate sales (Expriencecan also apply).

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Good knowledge of local real estate market.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

Own vehicle preferred for client meetings/site visits.
