Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive (Female) with strong communication and client-handling skills. The role involves generating new business, managing client relationships, and supporting marketing initiatives to promote advertising and promotional services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities and leads
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Present company services and prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations
• Coordinate with internal teams for campaign planning and execution
• Achieve sales targets and revenue goals
• Conduct client meetings, follow-ups, and negotiations
• Support marketing activities such as promotions, campaigns, and brand outreach

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 3–4 years of experience in Sales / Marketing
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred: Experience in Advertising, BTL, Events, or Marketing agencies.
