Job Description
**Job Title:** Field Sales Executive – Decorative & Commercial Lighting
**Company:** Luminary Ventures (Franchisee of EGLO Lighting)
**Location:** Indore & Nearby Regions
Luminary Ventures, the exclusive franchisee of EGLO Lighting in Indore, is hiring a **field-focused Sales Executive** to drive sales of decorative and commercial lighting to homeowners, interior designers, architects, builders, and project clients in Indore and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business from homeowners, walk-in leads, referrals, and site visits in Indore and nearby towns.
- Build and leverage a strong network of interior designers, architects, electrical contractors, builders, and vendors in the decorative/commercial lighting and home décor ecosystem.
- Visit ongoing and upcoming residential and commercial projects to pitch EGLO lighting solutions, collect BOQs, and convert them into orders.
- Conduct regular follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings to close deals and meet monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the Luminary Ventures showroom team for product selection, quotations, and order processing to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an updated database of leads, prospects, and clients, along with visit reports and sales pipelines.
Candidate Profile
- 2–6 years of sales experience in lighting, interiors, electricals, home décor, furniture, or related industry.
- Good network or willingness to build a network in Indore’s interior, architecture, and real estate community.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in Hindi; good English for coordination and documentation.
- Comfortable with daily field work, site visits, and meeting targets.
- Must have own two-wheeler, valid driving licence, and smartphone for field operations.
