Job Description

The Gym Sales Executive is responsible for driving membership sales, promoting gym services and products, and ensuring excellent customer service to both potential and existing members. This role requires a motivated individual with at least three years of experience in sales, a passion for fitness, and the ability to connect with a diverse range of clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Membership Sales:
  • Proactively reach out to potential members through various channels (phone, email, in-person) to promote gym memberships.
  • Conduct tours of the facility, highlighting key features and benefits to prospective members.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and goals.
  1. Customer Relationship Management:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing members to encourage referrals and retention.
  • Handle inquiries and follow-ups promptly and professionally.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
  1. Marketing and Promotion:
  • Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Participate in community outreach programs and events to increase gym visibility and attract new members.
  • Utilize social media and other digital platforms to engage with potential clients.
  1. Administrative Duties:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  1. Facility Knowledge and Maintenance:

  • Stay informed about all gym services, products, and promotions.
  • Ensure the gym facility is presentable, clean, and safe for members and visitors.
  • Assist in organizing and setting up events, classes, and other activities as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the fitness or health industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of motivation and enthusiasm for fitness and wellness.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in sales or marketing.
  • Experience in digital marketing and social media engagement.
  • Knowledge of fitness trends and products.
