Job Title: Back Office Sales Executive

Job Description:We are looking for a motivated and energetic Back Office Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, generating sales orders, maintaining relationships, and supporting the sales process from the office.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers for product promotion and sales.
• Generate and process sales orders on a daily basis.
• Maintain proper customer records and update sales databases.
• Follow up with existing and new customers to ensure repeat orders and customer satisfaction.
• Work towards achieving monthly and daily sales targets.
• Share daily sales and follow-up reports with the management.
• Coordinate with field staff and other departments for smooth sales operations.
• Qualifications & Requirements:Graduate in any stream (mandatory).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales/telecalling/back office (preferred).
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Ability to manage customer relationships effectively.
• Goal-oriented and target-driven mindset.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Email handling).
