Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

A Telecalling Executive in a broking company is responsible for contacting potential clients, explaining stock market investment opportunities, and promoting the company’s trading and demat account services. The role focuses on lead generation, client engagement, and supporting the sales team in acquiring new investors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote stock broking services.
• Explain features and benefits of Demat accounts, trading accounts, and investment products.
• Generate and qualify leads for opening trading and demat accounts.
• Follow up with interested clients and guide them through the account opening process.
• Address client queries related to stock market services and investment products.
• Coordinate with the sales or relationship manager team for client conversion.
• Build and maintain good relationships with potential investors.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of the stock market and investment products.
• Ability to handle customer objections and provide solutions.
• Basic computer knowledge

Qualification:

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (preferably in Commerce, Business, or Finance).
• Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or financial services is preferred.

Work Environment:

• Office-based role with regular calling
