Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Description:

We are hiring Sales Executives (Field Sales) for our solar rooftop business in Indore. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, visiting customers, explaining solar systems and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Field sales for residential and commercial solar projects
2. Lead generation and customer follow-ups
3. Explain solar system benefits, subsidy and savings
4. Conduct site visits and collect basic requirements
5. Coordinate with installation and backend team
6. Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements:

1. Good communication skills (Basic English)
2. Field sales experience preferred (solar experience is a plus)
3. Two-wheeler mandatory
4. Fresher can apply
