Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Description – Sales (Executive / Manager)Role Summary:

Responsible for driving business growth through client acquisition, aggregator/channel development, team management (for Manager role), and ensuring ethical, compliant sales with excellent after-sales service.

• Key Responsibilities:Recruit, onboard, train, and motivate aggregators/channel partners to generate consistent business.
• Identify new clients and convert assigned leads through direct and joint sales calls with aggregators and team members.
• Conduct product training and ensure accurate communication of product features and benefits to clients.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly business targets as assigned.
• For Manager role: Recruit, develop, and monitor a team of Sales Executives, guiding them to meet performance goals.
• Plan and conduct unit meetings to set targets, share market updates, and strengthen concept-based selling.
• Monitor and submit daily performance reports and MIS to seniors.
• Ensure timely booking of business, policy issuance, and coordination with insurance companies.
• Deliver prompt and effective after-sales service to clients and aggregators.
• Maintain sales transparency, ethical practices, and regulatory compliance throughout the sales and service process.
