Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales & Marketing professional with experience in Advertising, BTL, Activation, and Promotional campaigns. The role involves client acquisition, on-site visits, campaign sales, and end-to-end coordination to ensure successful execution and long-term client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct client visits and on-site meetings to understand requirements and build strong business relationships.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Identify potential clients, generate new business leads, and convert prospects into long-term accounts.
• Manage and close sales for Advertising, BTL, Activation, and Promotional campaigns.
• Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, pitches, and business events.
• Coordinate with internal teams for campaign planning, costing, proposal development, and timely execution.
• Monitor project progress and ensure on-time delivery of campaigns as per client expectations.
• Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain an updated client database/CRM.
• Manage key accounts, retain existing clients, and develop new business accounts.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective pre-sales and post-sales support.
• Oversee reporting and operational responsibilities within the sales department.
• Provide insights based on client interactions to support business growth and strategy.
• Maintain professionalism, integrity, and company standards in all business communications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Sales / Marketing / Client Servicing (Advertising or BTL industry preferred).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel for client and on-site visits.
• Target-driven mindset with strong relationship management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Activation, BTL, Events, or Promotional Marketing
• Knowledge of campaign costing and proposal creation
• CRM and reporting experience
