Job Title: Team Leader – Broking Firm

Experience Required: Minimum 2+ Years in Broking / Financial Services

Salary Bracket: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Incentives

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader for our broking firm who can manage sales teams, drive revenue, and ensure client acquisition and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Relationship Managers / Dealers

* Drive brokerage revenue and achieve team targets

* Monitor daily sales activities and performance tracking

* Support team in client acquisition & activation

* Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines

* Provide product training 

* Handle escalations and maintain client satisfaction

Eligibility Criteria

* Minimum 2+ years experience in Stock Broking as Team Leader 

* Prior team handling experience preferred

* Strong knowledge of trading products & demat accounts

* Good leadership and communication skills

Compensation & Benefits

Fixed Salary: ₹25K – ₹35K+Incentives based on performance
