Sales Team Leader

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Motivation: Lead, motivate, and mentor sales staff to achieve or exceed individual and team targets.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor daily/weekly sales metrics, analyze performance data, and provide regular feedback to improve results.
• Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales plans, techniques, and best practices to optimize performance.
• Training & Onboarding: Conduct onboarding for new hires and ongoing training to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
• Operational Oversight: Manage daily sales operations, assign territories, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports on performance, forecasts, and, if necessary, inventory or revenue metrics. APACSMA +9

Requirements and Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience in a sales role, with demonstrated success in leadership, mentoring, or coaching.
• Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
• Analytical Ability: Strong skills in using CRM software and analyzing sales data.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and industry trends.
