Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Trainee to join our team. The ideal candidate will learn and assist in all stages of the sales process — from lead generation to client handling — and will be trained to take on independent sales responsibilities in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and understand company products and services.
• Assist the sales team in identifying and approaching potential customers.
• Support in client meetings, calls, and product demonstrations.
• Maintain customer database and follow up on leads.
• Achieve assigned targets after training period.
• Work closely with seniors to understand the sales process and business strategy.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Graduate (Any stream) / MBA preferred.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, etc.)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
