Required Skills and Experience:

• SAP SLCM Expertise: Strong experience with SAP SLCM, including its core functionalities and features.   
• SAP ERP: Solid understanding of SAP ERP, particularly the IS-HER-CM module.   
• ABAP Programming: Proficiency in ABAP programming for customizing and developing solutions within the SAP environment.   
• Education Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with educational processes and the specific requirements of an educational institution.   
• Implementation Experience: Experience in multiple end-to-end SAP SLCM implementations.   
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.   
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex issues.   
• Testing and Documentation: Experience with testing methodologies and creating comprehensive documentation.   
• Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of central government rules and regulations related to education (if applicable).
