Summary:
As a Security Consulting Practitioner, you will engage with clients to understand their unique security needs and challenges. Your typical day involves collaborating with various stakeholders to shape security strategies, designing tailored solutions, and providing expert guidance to enhance their cyber resilience. You will analyze existing security frameworks and recommend improvements, ensuring that clients are well-equipped to navigate the complexities of the digital landscape. Your role is pivotal in fostering a culture of security awareness and proactive risk management within organizations, ultimately contributing to their overall business protection journey.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance client understanding of security practices.
- Develop comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to clients.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Strong understanding of identity governance and administration.
- Experience with security frameworks and compliance standards.
- Ability to analyze and assess security risks and vulnerabilities.
- Familiarity with incident response and management processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
