Summary: As a Security Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects. A typical day involves coordinating with various teams to ensure that projects are executed efficiently, utilizing global delivery capabilities, and ensuring that all security measures are adhered to. You will engage with stakeholders to align project goals with organizational objectives, while also providing guidance and support to your team members to foster a collaborative work environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge. - Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in CyberArk Privileged Access Management. - Strong understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards. - Experience with identity and access management solutions. - Ability to analyze security incidents and implement corrective actions. - Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in CyberArk Privileged Access Management. - This position is based in Hyderabad. - A 15 years full time education is required.
