Security Manager

SRJ Groups is seeking a responsible and experienced Security Field Officer to oversee and manage on-site security operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for recruiting deploying supervising and ensuring the performance of security guards across assigned sites. The role requires strong knowledge of security procedures manpower handling and field coordination.

• Key ResponsibilitiesRecruit deploy and manage security guards as per site requirements.
• Conduct site visits and ensure proper deployment and discipline of guards.
• Supervise daily attendance duty rosters and shift scheduling of security staff.
• Ensure guards are properly uniformed and follow company security protocols.
• Train guards on standard operating procedures emergency handling and client guidelines.
• Handle client coordination and address site-related security issues promptly.
• Prepare and submit reports related to attendance incidents and manpower status.
• Take disciplinary action as per company policy in case of misconduct and negligence.
• Ensure compliance with company rules and client requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation of guards including ID proofs and verification records.
• Required Skills and QualificationsMinimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate preferred.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in security field operations.
• Good knowledge of security procedures guard handling and site supervision.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage manpower and handle client coordination.
• Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license.
• Should be willing to travel between sites as required.
