State Business Development Manager- Madhya Pradesh


Location-Indore Division /Jabalpur Division /Bhopal Division -Madhya Pradesh. Field based role.

Role Purpose-


For our unique,Innovative,Power Additive which is First Time In India, which is designed for all LEAD ACID BATTERY to increae there life.This is our own innovation,we are pioneer of this technology and for that you need to build and expand the dealer, distributor, and franchise network across Madhya Pradesh. Your focus is sales development, secondary sales growth, and long term channel stability. You will represent the company in the market and strengthen brand goodwill.


Key Responsibilities


• Appoint district level and state level dealers, distributors, and franchise partners.


• Develop and execute dealer distributor network expansion plans across Madhya Pradesh.


• Drive primary and secondary sales through channel partners.


• Support dealers and distributors in retail sales planning and execution.


• Develop and scale retail and franchise business models.


• Conduct market visits, dealer meetings, and partner reviews regularly.


• Organize and conduct seminars, campaigns, demos, and awareness programs at institutes, companies, and market clusters.


• Identify new business opportunities in E rickshaw, battery, inverter, and allied segments.


• Coordinate closely with the company sales, marketing, and technical teams.


• Ensure proper communication of company products, value proposition, and processes to partners.


• Build strong relationships to enhance company goodwill and brand reputation.


• Monitor competitor activity and market trends.


• Achieve network expansion and sales growth targets.


Key Skills and Competencies


• Strong business development and channel sales experience.


• Ability to build dealer distributor and franchise networks from scratch.


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.


• Experience in seminars, campaigns, and field level promotions.


• Market understanding of batteries, E rickshaws, EV ecosystem, or industrial products preferred.


• Ability to travel extensively within the state.


• Result oriented and relationship driven mindset.


Experience and Qualification


• Minimum 3 to 7 years experience in channel sales or business development.


• Experience in dealer distributor appointment is mandatory.


• Graduation preferred. MBA or sales management background is an advantage.
