Senior Sales Executive

🔹 Job Purpose

The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and managing the dealer/retailer network, achieving primary and secondary sales targets, expanding market presence, and generating new business opportunities across assigned territories.

🔹 Key Roles & Responsibilities

-Appoint, manage, and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and retailers

-Regularly tour assigned territories to expand the sales network and develop new markets

-Generate leads through cold calling, project visits, and interactions with carpenters, contractors, and influencers

-Promote the company’s product range and ensure effective product visibility in the market

-Achieve assigned individual, primary, and secondary sales targets

-Forecast and project expected sales volumes for existing and new products

-Coordinate with operations and logistics teams for timely dispatch of orders

-Implement marketing and promotional activities in the assigned territory

-Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and market activity reports

-Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections as per company policy

-Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities

🔹 What We’re Looking For

-Strong communication and relationship-building skills

-Field sales experience (Minimum 2 yrs, plywood/building material industry preferred)

-Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel.
