Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior SEO Specialist with strong PPC knowledge to lead our organic search strategy while collaborating closely with paid media efforts. This role blends deep SEO expertise with a solid understanding of PPC platforms to create a unified search strategy that maximizes visibility, traffic, and ROI across organic and paid channels.

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to drive sustainable organic growth
• Lead technical SEO initiatives, including site audits, crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, site speed, and structured data
• Conduct advanced keyword research and leverage PPC data to inform SEO and content strategies
• Optimize on-page elements including metadata, internal linking, content structure, and UX signals
• Collaborate with content teams to build SEO-driven content roadmaps aligned with search intent
• Manage off-page SEO efforts, including link-building and backlink profile optimization
• Analyze SEO performance using tools such as Google Search Console, GA/GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar
• Work closely with PPC teams to align keyword targeting, landing pages, messaging, and conversion optimization
• Support PPC strategy through insights on Quality Score improvements, landing page SEO, and keyword performance
• Monitor search engine algorithm updates and paid media trends to adapt strategies proactively
• Mentor junior team members and provide strategic guidance across SEO and search marketing initiatives
• Required Qualifications5+ years of experience in SEO with demonstrated success in driving organic traffic and rankings
• Strong working knowledge of PPC platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
• Solid understanding of technical SEO, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript SEO considerations, and site architecture
• Experience using SEO and PPC tools (Google Search Console, GA/GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Ads, etc.)
• Ability to analyze data across organic and paid channels and translate insights into action
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

• Experience with large-scale websites, migrations, or international SEO
