Senior Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, plan, and execute all on-site civil works as per project drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and the project management team to ensure smooth site progress.
• Monitor and control work schedules to achieve timely completion of projects.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, quality control, and cost efficiency.
• Verify and certify measurements, material consumption, and contractor bills.
• Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports and maintain proper documentation.
• Handle workforce management and allocate tasks effectively to junior engineers and supervisors.
• Resolve site-level technical issues and report project updates to management.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and environmental regulations at site.

Requirements:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 5–10 years of experience in handling construction projects (residential, commercial, or industrial).
• Strong knowledge of construction execution, finishing, and site coordination.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project reporting tools.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple sites or teams efficiently.
