Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven SEO Manager to develop and implement effective search engine optimization strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all SEO activities, such as content strategy, link building, and keyword strategy, to increase rankings on all major search networks.

Key Responsibilities

• SEO Strategy Development: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with our business goals.
• Keyword Research: Perform extensive keyword research to identify opportunities for driving traffic and improving search rankings.
• On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, images, and internal linking structures.
• Technical SEO: Conduct technical SEO audits and work with web developers to resolve issues, improve site speed, mobile responsiveness, and overall user experience.
• Content Collaboration: Work closely with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content strategies and optimize existing content.
• Link Building: Execute link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks and improve domain authority.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and provide regular performance reports.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, development, and content teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across the board.
• Training: Provide training and guidance to team members on SEO best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an SEO Manager or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of current SEO tools and practices (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page SEO, and content marketing.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Exceptional communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• SEO certification (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads).
• Experience with local SEO and/or e-commerce SEO.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Shopify, etc.
