Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated SEO Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for increasing our website’s organic search visibility, driving targeted traffic, and improving search rankings. You will collaborate with content creators, web developers, and marketing teams to execute effective SEO strategies that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct keyword research and analyse search trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to enhance website performance.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, images, and URLs for search engines.
• Perform technical SEO audits and coordinate with developers to fix issues (site speed, crawl errors, structured data).
• Monitor, track, and report SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to create SEO-friendly content.
• Stay updated with search engine algorithm updates and industry trends to maintain best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or related field.
• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of SEO tools and analytics platforms.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and website architecture is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with local or international SEO strategies.
• Knowledge of content marketing and optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with PPC campaigns is a plus.
