LTIMindtree is hiring for the position of ServiceNow Developer - WSD (Workplace Service Delivery).

- Experience: 6+ years

- Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days

Requirement

• 6+ years IT experience with 4+ years in ServiceNow

• 2+ years WSD or ESG experience

• Facility and space management automation using Flow Designer

• Lead delivery of Workplace Service Delivery solutions

• Ownership of end-to-end solution design, estimation, and delivery governance

• Hands-on configuration and review of ServiceNow workflows, scripts, and integrations

• Lead client workshops and represent offshore delivery capabilities

• Ensure design compliance, security adherence, and risk mitigation

• Stay updated with latest ServiceNow releases and architecture standards

Good to Have

• IoT/BMS integration

• CSA / WSD certification

• Sustainability reporting knowledge

• CSA / CIS / CTA certifications

• Experience across multiple modules including ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and FSO

• Exposure to automation, Now Assist, or AI Search capabilities
