About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and organized E-commerce Shipping Executive to manage and streamline our online order dispatches. The role focuses on handling daily e-commerce shipments, coordinating with courier partners, and ensuring smooth and timely deliveries to customers.

Training will be provided — we welcome candidates eager to learn and grow in e-commerce logistics.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day e-commerce order dispatch and shipping operations.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams for order picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery to customers.
• Resolve shipment-related issues such as delays or damages with courier partners.
• Prepare and maintain daily dispatch reports.
• Assist in comparing and selecting cost-effective shipping options.
• Use e-commerce platforms (like Shopify, Amazon, etc.) and shipping tools to manage orders.
• RequirementsAny graduate (preferably in Business, Logistics, or related field).
• Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce dispatch or shipping are welcome.
• Basic computer knowledge and comfort using online platforms.
• Good communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
• Preferred (but not mandatory)Familiarity with e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc.).
• Basic understanding of logistics/shipping processes.
