Showroom Sales Executive

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive to assist customers, promote products, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to provide an excellent in-store experience.

• Key Responsibilities:Greet customers warmly and understand their needs
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly
• Assist customers in selecting the right products
• Achieve individual and showroom sales targets
• Prepare quotations, bills, and follow up on leads
• Maintain proper product display and showroom cleanliness
• Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally
• Coordinate with the billing, delivery, and service teams
• Keep records of sales, customer details, and inventory movement
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in retail or showroom sales (freshers can apply)
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Presentable personality with a customer-friendly approach
• Basic computer knowledge (billing software, MS Excel, WhatsApp follow-ups)
