Site Supervisor – Responsibilities
Supervise daily site activities and workforce
Ensure work progress as per schedule
Manage labour and contractors on site
Maintain site safety and discipline
Submit daily work reports
Site Engineer – Responsibilities
Execute site work as per drawings and plans
Ensure quality and technical standards
Coordinate with site supervisor and contractors
Prepare daily progress and technical reports
Follow management and client instructions
Logistics Executive – Responsibilities
Manage material procurement and timely delivery
Coordinate with vendors and transporters
Maintain inventory and stock records
Ensure delivery schedules and cost control
Handle logistics-related documentation
