Job Title: Site Supervisor (Civil)Location: IndoreExperience: 2–8 Years (Residential / Commercial / High-Rise Projects)Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech in Civil EngineeringJob Summary:We are looking for a qualified and experienced Site Supervisor to manage and oversee construction activities at project sites in Indore. The candidate will ensure that all work is executed efficiently, safely, and as per approved drawings and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Supervise day-to-day construction activities at siteEnsure execution as per approved drawings, plans, and specificationsCoordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and subcontractorsMonitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reportsMaintain quality control and ensure compliance with standardsManage and supervise labor workforce effectivelyCheck materials and ensure proper usage and storageImplement and enforce safety guidelines on siteIdentify and resolve on-site issues and delaysMaintain proper site documentation (progress, materials, attendance)Required Skills:Strong knowledge of civil construction and site supervisionAbility to read and understand technical drawingsLeadership and team management skillsKnowledge of safety practices and quality standardsBasic computer knowledge (MS Excel, AutoCAD preferred)Good communication and coordination skillsPreferred Experience:Experience in residential, commercial, or high-rise building projectsKnowledge of RCC work, finishing work, and MEP coordination Experience handling contractors and large teamsAdditional Requirements:Willingness to work full-time on-site in IndoreAbility to handle pressure and meet deadline.
