Role Summary:
Responsible for supervising daily site activities, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and according to project specifications.
- Key Duties:Supervise workers and subcontractors on site
- Ensure compliance with drawings, quality standards, and safety rules
- Monitor daily progress and report to management
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower
- Conduct site inspections and resolve issues
- Maintain basic site records and reports
- Requirements:Proven site supervision experience
