Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Read, understand, and execute work as per civil and plumbing drawings.
• Supervise daily site activities and ensure smooth coordination between workers, contractors, and engineers.
• Manage and guide site labor, ensuring productivity and discipline at the construction site.
• Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and documentation related to work and materials.
• Monitor and manage construction materials, ensuring proper usage and availability at the site.
• Track project timelines and work progress to ensure tasks are completed within deadlines.
• Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure work is completed as per drawings and required standards.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues related to execution, manpower, or materials.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and site protocols.

Requirements:

• Ability to read and interpret civil and plumbing drawings.
• Strong people management and site coordination skills.
• Experience in site supervision and construction management.
• Good record-keeping and reporting abilities.
