Site Supervisor

A Site Supervisor oversees daily construction operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. They manage teams, coordinate subcontractors, enforce safety regulations, and monitor quality control. Key duties include scheduling work, inspecting work quality, and managing on-site materials. 

• Safety Enforcement: Implement safety protocols, perform site inspections, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and evaluate construction workers and subcontractors.
• Progress Monitoring: Ensure projects adhere to blueprints, building codes, and schedules.
• Logistics & Reporting: Order materials, schedule equipment maintenance, and submit progress reports to management.
• Problem-Solving: Resolve on-site delays, conflicts, or technical issues.
