Role Overview:

The Social Media Executive will be responsible for managing and growing the company’s social media presence across multiple platforms. This role includes content planning, posting, audience engagement, and performance tracking to enhance brand visibility and reach.

Key Responsibilities:

1).Manage official social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X/Twitter, LinkedIn).

2).Plan, create, schedule, and publish posts, reels, stories, and shorts.

3).Write engaging captions, hashtags, and content aligned with brand voice.

4).Respond to comments and messages in a professional manner.

5).Coordinate with content writers, designers, and video editors.

6).Monitor social media trends and platform updates.

7).Analyze performance and prepare basic weekly/monthly reports.

8).Support digital marketing and promotional campaigns.

9).Maintain consistency in branding and communication.

Skills & Requirements

1).Strong understanding of social media platforms.

2).Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

3).Creative mindset with attention to detail.

4).Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, etc.

5).Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

6).Freshers are welcome; experience is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

1).Degree/Diploma in Media, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.

2).Prior experience handling social media pages.

3).Basic understanding of analytics and insights.
