Summary: As a Software Configuration Lead, you will oversee the product delivery and maintain its integrity throughout the entire product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve managing processes, resources, and technologies to enhance operational efficiency. You will collaborate with various teams, ensuring that all aspects of the project align with cost, quality, and delivery targets, while also addressing any challenges that arise during implementation. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). - Strong understanding of business processes related to sales and distribution. - Experience with system configuration and integration within SAP environments. - Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues related to product delivery. - Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
