South Indian Cook

We are seeking a skilled and experienced South Indian Cook with strong expertise in preparing a wide variety of dosas. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of traditional South Indian cuisine, batter fermentation techniques, and the ability to maintain authentic taste and quality.

• Key Responsibilities:Prepare a variety of dosas such as plain dosa, masala dosa, rava dosa, set dosa, and specialty dosas.
• Ensure proper fermentation and consistency of dosa batter.
• Prepare accompaniments including sambar and different types of chutneys (coconut, tomato, mint, etc.).
• Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.
• Manage kitchen operations related to dosa section (tawa handling, temperature control, etc.).
• Ensure hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen as per food safety standards.
• Should have dosa tawa experience.
