• Company: GLOBECAPITAL PVT LTD (SEBI Registered BROKERAGE Firm)
• Role: Business Advisor (BA)/ Senior Business Advisor (SBA)/ Team Lead (TL)
• Location: Indore (307 navneet plaza palasia)
• Work Type: Office-based
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
1. Handle customer calls (inbound and outbound)
2. Inform customers about company products/services and offers
3. Identify customer needs and clarify information
4. Manage calls in a timely manner
5. Utilize dialer systems
Requirements
1. Fluency in Hindi
2. Good communication skills
3. Ability to work on phone for extended periods
4. Immediate joiners preferred
5. Graduate degree (experienced and freshers can apply)
6. Basic knowledge of stock market (e.g., understanding of stocks, bonds, ETFs, market trends)
Salary and Benefits
