Position: Sales Calling Executive – Stock Market Advisory

Department & Designation: Sales & Business Development/ RM/FM/Sales Manager/TL

Location: Shagun Arcade Vijay Nagar Indore

Employment Type: Full-Time 

*About the Role*

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Calling Executive to join our Stock Market and Investment Advisory team. The role involves reaching out to potential clients, explaining stock market services, and generating business through tele calling. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, sales aptitude, and an interest in financial markets.

*Key Responsibilities*

1.Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients regarding stock market services, demat accounts, trading accounts, and investment products.

2.Generate leads and convert them into active clients.

3.Explain product details such as equity, derivatives, commodities, mutual funds, and investment advisory services.

4.Maintain client relationships and provide basic guidance on account opening, trading platforms, and services offered.

5.Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

6.Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM.

7.Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall business goals.

*Required Skills & Qualifications*

Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Commerce, Finance, Business, or related field.

Prior experience in tele sales/tele calling (preferably in stock market, broking, or BFSI sector).

Basic understanding of financial markets, trading, and investment products.

Strong communication/convincing, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

Ability to handle client objections and close sales effectively.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

NISM certifications (if required by role) will be an added advantage.
