Relationship Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Relationship Manager who can build strong customer relationships, handle client queries, and drive business growth. The role involves guiding clients about stock market products and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.

Understand client needs and recommend suitable investment products.

Assist clients in opening Demat & Trading accounts.

Handle client queries related to trading, investments, platforms, and services.

Generate leads through calls, referrals, and follow-ups.

Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Keep clients updated about market trends and company offerings.

Maintain proper records of client interactions and reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in any stream (Finance/Commerce preferred but not mandatory).

Good communication and convincing skills.

Basic understanding of stock market and trading platforms.

Ability to handle client queries calmly and professionally.

Target-oriented attitude with strong follow-up skills.
