Stock Market Specialist

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Handle sales of financial/advisory products & services.

* Convert leads into active clients through effective communication and follow-ups.

* Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.

* Explain stock market products, investment plans, and trading strategies to clients.

* Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

* Coordinate with the research team to provide clients with relevant insights.

* Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions.

**Requirements:**

* Minimum 6 month of experience in sales within the **stock market domain**.

* Must have worked in an **advisory / broking / algo trading company**.

* Strong understanding of **equity, derivatives, and financial markets**.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

* Ability to handle high-pressure sales targets.

* Self-motivated, with a result-oriented approach.

**Education Qualification:**

* Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Finance background preferred).
