Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at a leading share market company. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, promoting share market investment products, and achieving sales targets. This role demands a keen understanding of the stock market, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition & Lead Generation: Identify potential clients (individual investors, corporate clients, and institutions) and generate leads through various channels like cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
• Product Promotion: Present and explain stock market products such as stocks, mutual funds, ETFs, and bonds to clients, emphasizing their benefits and investment potential.
• Sales Target Achievement: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting leads into clients, closing sales, and upselling additional products and services.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, offering personalized advice and investment strategies based on their goals and risk appetite.
• Market Education: Educate clients about market trends, investment options, risk management, and portfolio diversification to help them make informed decisions.
• Post-Sale Support: Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the investment process.
• Sales Reporting & CRM Management: Keep accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress using CRM tools, providing regular updates to management on targets and performance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other sales team members and departments to deliver a seamless client experience and meet organizational goals.
• Compliance & Ethics: Adhere to industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards in all sales activities.

Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field. Certification in financial services (e.g., NISM, Series 7) is a plus.
• Experience: 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the financial services or stock market sector. Fresh graduates with strong interest in finance are also encouraged to apply.
• Market Knowledge: A solid understanding of stock markets, trading platforms, and financial products.
• Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to close deals.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain financial products and concepts to clients.
• Customer Focus: Ability to understand client needs, offer tailored solutions, and build long-term relationships.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic stock trading platforms.
• Self-Driven: Motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
