Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client meetings.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.
- Maintain and update sales reports, lead status, and follow-up details.
- Build and maintain healthy relationships with existing and new customers.
- Conduct product presentations and explain service features to clients.
- Coordinate with the operations and support team for smooth service delivery.
- Handle objections and provide appropriate solutions to close sales.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:Any graduate (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in sales (freshers can also apply depending on position).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under target-driven environments.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, confident, and goal-oriented personality.
