Store Incharge

1. Inventory Management

• Stock Control: Maintaining optimal stock levels, including minimum/maximum stock monitoring, to prevent overstocking or shortages.
• Receipt and Inspection: Receiving incoming materials, ensuring quality/quantity checks, and verifying documents (PO, Invoices).
• Material Issuance: Issuing items to production or other departments against authorized indents.
• Storage and Organization: Organizing, labeling, and storing materials properly (perishables, equipment, etc.).
• Documentation: Maintaining accurate inventory records in registers or ERP software
• Daily Operations: Managing the day-to-day functioning of the store, including opening/closing, and upholding standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Record Keeping: Updating stock registers, assets registers, and preparing daily/monthly store reports.
• Reporting: Submitting stock reconciliation statements, non-moving items reports, and monthly reports to management.
• Housekeeping: Ensuring cleanliness, proper storage, and overall maintenance of the store area.
• Technical: Proficiency in ERP software, POS systems, and MS Office (especially Excel).
