🎯 Key Responsibilities

Manage daily store operations smoothly and efficiently

Achieve monthly sales targets and improve store revenue

Handle walk-in customers and provide excellent customer service

Train and supervise store staff

Maintain proper stock management and inventory control

Ensure proper display and merchandising of jewellery

Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales reporting

Maintain store cleanliness and brand standards

Resolve customer complaints professionally

Coordinate with the owner for promotions and marketing activities

💼 Requirements

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in retail (Jewellery experience preferred)

Strong sales and customer handling skills

Leadership and team management ability

Basic computer knowledge (Billing software, Excel, etc.)

Honest, responsible, and target-oriented

Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
