Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and ambitious freshers to join our US Staffing Business Development team. This is a great opportunity to start your career in Business Development Executive, client interaction, and US recruitment with hands-on training and strong growth prospects.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business leads via cold calling, emails & networking

Assist in building and maintaining client relationships

Familiar with basic IT technical skills

Conduct market research on US staffing trends

Support sales strategies, proposals & deal closures

Coordinate with sales (BDE) & recruitment teams

Maintain accurate sales reports and activity updates

Eligibility & Skills

✅ Freshers can apply (training provided)

✅ Strong communication & interpersonal skills

✅ Comfortable in a target-driven US staffing environment

✅ Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint

✅ CRM knowledge is a plus (lead tracking, follow-ups, reporting)

✅ Proactive attitude & eagerness to learn
