Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a driven and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in end-to-end IT hiring for both permanent and contractual roles, with the ability to manage multiple client requirements and directly engage with hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening to onboarding.
• Work on mid to senior-level permanent IT roles.
• Engage in direct communication with clients for requirement analysis, feedback, and process updates.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, internal databases, and referrals.
• Conduct technical evaluations and ensure profile alignment with JD.
• Maintain accurate daily and weekly trackers for internal and client reporting.
• Manage candidate expectations regarding job role, technology stack, CTC, and joining timelines.
• Build and maintain a strong IT talent pipeline for future hiring.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience from first contact to final onboarding.
• Assist in offer roll-outs, documentation, background checks, and joining formalities.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Expertise in hiring across multiple IT technologies and domains.
• Proven ability to work with tight deadlines and multiple client requirements.
• Proficient in both full-time and contract hiring models.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for client and candidate coordination.
• Capable of independently managing recruitment projects.
